Online returns policy

We hope you’re going to love your online purchase, if things don’t work out here’s what to do:

You have 30 days to return an item for an exchange or a full refund. The items must be unused and in their original box or secure outer wrapper with all tags still on.

Return in store or by post:

You’ll need the original debit/visa card you paid with

A copy of your email with the ‘order confirmation’

Postal return:

Fill in the Returns Form that was enclosed with your order or enclose a note detailing your name, address, contact number and reason for return. You should also supply the credit card details that were used for payment so a refund can be applied directly to this card.

Package the items carefully and send them back clearly addressed to: Runzone, 27-29 Orwell Road, Rathgar, Dublin 6, Eircode D06 ND23

We recommend that you use some form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel. You should use a carrier who can give you a proof of posting, until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility

You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.

What happens if the item is faulty?

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. If you think that we have sent you a faulty product, please contact us straight away. The quickest way is to email info@runzone or call 01-4055764.

Determination as to whether a product is faulty or not will be at the sole discretion of Runzone. Where a product is determined to be faulty, we will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred.
